FutureNet World Awards: Sonalake shortlisted as a finalist in two categories

We’re thrilled to announce that Sonalake is a finalist in two categories at the upcoming FutureNet World Awards .

The awards recognise outstanding automation and AI innovation that changes how future networks function and operate. We are finalists in the following categories.

The AIOps Award

This award rewards the best operations solution that incorporates AI functionality. We made the shortlist with our work to automate anomaly detection and provide accurate, real-time insights to communication service providers. Our solution monitors and analyses network performance data and detects anomalies or changes that may negatively affect Quality of Service (QoS) or customer experience.

The Most Innovative Application of AI & Automation

This award recognises the most innovative use of AI and automation to enhance the customer experience. Our project to predict the impact of weather conditions on QoS in mobile networks made the finals. We are able to forecast QoS violations up to seven days in advance, allowing communication service providers time to plan preventative maintenance activities. This functionality is now part of VisiMetrix™, our AIOPs-enabled network service analytics solution.

The awards ceremony takes place at FutureNet World, Novotel London West, on May 3.
