Sonalake may use cloud-based software, and users’ personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to use recruitment tools, but only to countries that meet the required level of protection pursuant to the decision of the European Commission of July 12, 2016. on an adequate level of protection. Sonalake retains information collected from you only as long as necessary for the purpose for which you provide it or as required by law. The User declares, that he is providing his data voluntarily and reserves the right to access, change or demand the removal of the data.
