The user may at any time request for delete of personal information. Sonalake may use cloud-based software, and users’ personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) to use recruitment tools, but only to countries that meet the required level of protection pursuant to the decision of the European Commission of July 12, 2016. on an adequate level of protection. It is possible to browse the Sonalake website without leaving personal data.
Sonalake retains information collected from you only as long as necessary for the purpose for which you provide it or as required by law. Sonalake retains information collected indirectly through our site’s technology, through recruitment tools, or through other third parties who collect information on our behalf or have the right to share User information with us for 2 years. Sonalake retains information collected directly with a use of online forms or questionnaires filled out by User, face-to-face meetings, interviews, business cards or telephone conversations, job application forms for 10 years since date of voluntarily leaving personal information by User.
Sonalake will not sell, rent or lease User personal information to others. Sonalake will not share User personal information with third parties except for responding to User requests for products or services.
The User declares, that he is providing his data voluntarily and reserves the right to access, change or demand the removal of the data. The execution of the above permissions is possible through withdrawing consent for personal data processing any time through submission of a respective notice via e-mail at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon written request and within a reasonable time frame we will correct, delete and/or block personal information from further processing.
