SayMetrix goes live in Middle East

The SayMetrix solution from DANU Technologies has been deployed with a Middle Eastern Operator to measure customer perception and improve experience of network quality.

The white-label solution was branded for the operator, enabling a unique smartphone app together with advanced back-office interface focused on identifying and prioritising the network issues that most impact on the operator’s high value customers. The full deployment of the system followed a successful internal staff trial of the solution.
