Next Gen Broadband: Sonalake joins INCA

We’re pleased to announce that Sonalake has joined the Independent Networks Cooperative Association (INCA).

INCA brings together many of the brightest and best in the independent 'altnet' sector, creating new digital infrastructure in the UK and Ireland. The vibrant membership contributes to the planning, building and operation of sustainable, independent high-speed fibre and wireless networks that advance the economic and social development of the communities they serve.

INCA's role is to support the development of next generation broadband projects by sharing expertise and information to facilitate investment and faster roll out of next generation broadband infrastructure.

As a new member, Sonalake intends to actively participate in the advancement of next generation broadband projects by sharing our expertise in developing and deploying large scale telecom software solutions for wholesale and retail operators globally.

Sonalake’s FTTx Service Automation Software enables fibre providers to automate processes across both wholesale and retail services, over multiple network technologies.

Built upon our Verax B/OSS platform, this modular suite of software addresses product catalogue management and eligibility checking, service order management, appointment handling, provisioning, ticket handling, customer care, billing and reporting. These features are enabled with workflow and lifecycle management, and accessed via a customised self care portal, transforming how business flows are managed between fibre service providers and their customers.
