HiveWatch is a cloud-based SaaS platform built for physical security teams to enhance their current security technologies. It streamlines incident response, allows for the consolidation of disparate programs and systems, and reduces false alarms.

The Challenge:

HiveWatch had a clear vision of a product, rich knowledge of the domain, and a sensible approach to growth, but they were looking to expand their engineering capacity to sustain the successful development of the software platform.

The Solution:

We established a strong EU-based engineering team covering the full technology stack from backend (Rust, Java) to frontend (React), as well as development process support by an experienced agile lead and scrum master.

Cooperation with HiveWatch management resulted in adopting an agile process, organizing tasks into sprints and improving work prioritization.

Our engineers delivered a large architecture designed to enable push notification to web and mobile applications. Sonalake played a crucial role in helping HiveWatch develop backend capabilities that allowed the company to streamline video streaming and tailgate detection.
