The challenge

Ericsson requested Sonalake to take over the re-engineering of a telecommunications network test and measurement solution deployed with several strategic customers.

The solution

A major software engineering project was completed, from requirement specification through development and QA, ensuring compliance with client specifications across several regulatory jurisdictions.

Existing system upgrades were deployed in major telecommunications networks, including Telstra Australia, Telia Sweden and Eircom Ireland.

The result

The deployed solution is used to test millions of subscriber lines on a daily basis across Ericsson’s customers around the world.

Having completed the software engineering project, Sonalake was entrusted by Ericsson to provide ongoing second line maintenance and support for all operator customers of the solution.
